A new-look leadership groupincluding Falcons President of Football Matt Ryanis leading the hunt to find his successor with the assistance of ZRG Partners and Sportsology Group.

"We're looking for people that work well together," Ryan said of the searchat his introductory press conference. "And that doesn't mean best friends. You've got to have a professional and really strong working relationship. And sometimes that comes with seeing things a little bit differently. But the best of the best find ways to get to common ground.

"As we go through both of these searches, both the head coach and the GM, as we're going along that lane at the same time, that's what we're looking for. We're looking to find two people that we feel like are excellent in their role and what they're asked to do but also can provide a really strong working relationship together."

The Falcons have officially completed an interview with Mike Bradway for general manager.

Interview date:Friday, Jan. 23

Current role:Bradway became the Kansas City Chiefs' assistant general manager in 2025.

Resume highlights:

  • Bradway joined the Chiefs at the dawn of their modern dynasty in 2018, Since that time, no team has won more games (98), division titles (7) or Super Bowls (3) than Kansas City. His first role with the team was assistant director of player personnel, which he held until he was named director of player personnel in 2021.
  • Before Kansas City, Bradway spent a decade with the Philadelphia Eagles from 2008-17. He began as a college scouting assistant and eventually became a scouting coordinator before hitting the road as both an area scout and a regional scout. Bradway eventually became assistant director of college scouting, a role he held during the 2014, 2016 and 2017 seasons.
  • Played tight end at Villanova from 2004-07.

Why he's a candidate:The son of former New York Jets General Manager Terry Bradway, he has been part of two of the most successful organizations of the last 20 years. As a member of the Eagles and Chiefs, Bradway has a lifetime record of 185-107-1. He has learned from some of the league's most impactful individuals, including Brett Veach, Andy Reid and Howie Roseman, and helped build some of the best rosters.

With his background in college scouting, Bradway has earned a reputation for drafting quality players. In the last five years, the Chiefs have drafted players such as Creed Humphrey, Trent McDuffie, George Karlaftis and Rashee Rice. During his time as assistant director of college scouting with Philadelphia, the Eagles drafted Carson Wentz, Isaac Seumalo and Derek Barnett.

Falcons owner Arthur Blank has long expressed his desire for sustained success. Few organizations in the 21st Century have proven better at doing just that than the ones in Kansas City and Philadelphia. Each has been defined as much by its star players as its team culture and fan passion.

Bradway has three Super Bowl rings and has been to the big game twice more. He knows what success looks like.
